This Hotel was just OK. We were at Hilton just before our stay at Days Inn and so it was a hard act.

Very nice hotel 2 blocks from st. Catherine's street, very clean but the parking garage was under construction so it was hard to park.

Room was as expected, fairly comfortable and a decent amount of space. Very convenient location.

Nice location, in a safe neighborhood with close access to the Metro and walking distance from St. Catherine St. Price and quality match expectations. The air conditioning unit was loud; but, I felt clean, comfortable, and safe at all times. ...read more

Besides what I stated above, here is my experience: The hair dryer was on fire due to overheating after I used it for about 10 seconds. I took it down to the concierge and, without an apology; they replaced it with another one for me. After I used it for about 2 minutes, the new hair dryer shut off and were presumably dead again! I went downstairs (without the dryer in my hand this time) to the concierge and told them about it again. Without an apology again this time, they heard my story, gave me a blind stare, and ignored my experience, i.e. without offering to send someone up to my room and have a look. Other than the less-than-friendly concierge, the other people (such as the porter) were either not friendly or simply was not in a mood to welcome their patrons! Having said that, when I was allotted Days Inn as my hotel in Montreal, I kind of expected this kind of experience because Days Inns are our last choice among all the other major chains, even worse than Motel 6 or Econolodge! ...read more

The hotel is located in a prime location; it is not the prettiest of hotels but good enough.
